A Fall theme carnival which is free for all BBES families! And it begins work in the fall with planning the carnival for late fall/early winter. The carnival is a community event that has Halloween theme games and prizes for every game and fun stations like sandy candy and a cake walk. This a fundraiser event that operates with participants buying tickets for games and activities and redeeming tickets for prizes. The committee is responsible for planning and setting up the games as well as hosting a concession stand and bake sale. Other duties include a concessions chairperson, volunteer coordinator and bake sale coordinator. Volunteers are requested to work only for one hour during the event and are rewarded with free tickets depending on how long they work. Students grade 4 and up make a perfect team with a parent. *Committee planning is mainly an at home position, with exception of picking up whatever necessary requirements of equipment. Day of Event volunteers is crucial to success. Volunteers needed are 60+ individuals.
